Tenant Build-Outs
Once contacted, we estimate the price with the leasing agent. Then, once the job is approved, we go in and gut the building and do the needed demolition. Blueprint services are available, or we can use the existing blueprints. We also have the experience and ability to install fiber optic cabling without disturbing the existing pavement.
Architects
We have architects we work with, inside or outside, depending upon the size of your project. Should you want them, we will provide preliminary "what if" floor plans to work from. We then go from there to have a full blueprint built up to submit for permits.
Permits
We handle any city permits needed to get the job finalized.
